We have been a Pemco Customer for two years and have had a great relatonship with Pemco. The Agents bend over backward to accomodate us. We should have been a customer years before. The rates are less than most of the companies we surveyed. We are going to include our Autos as well

Fender bender with my '91 300E caused ~ $1400 damage. One phone call, a pleasant conversation with the PEMCO claims agent, and here comes a check to cover repair about a week later (i didn't use a PEMCO recommended body shop, which would have hastened the process). Was overjoyed to learn that, since I collided with my own car, PEMCO waived the high deductible I carry. Downstream affect on my rate, though!

Around 7PM on October 17th when driving my 2012 Ford Fusion up 213th towards Black Diamond a deer attempted to cross the road in front of me, it didn't make it. The car's front incurred extensive damage. I have had Pemco auto insurance since 1964. This is the first time I have had to make a major claim. Pemco gave me the choice of repair shops and they processed the claim without any questions. The car got all new parts and looks just like it did when I purchased it. Thanks Pemco.

Dear Pemco, In order to keep up with the times, I should be able to download an app for Pemco from any of the app stores (Google Play, Apple store...). This would give add benefits to your members, including ability to see policies, see ins card and get my policy number without making a call. I should also be able to do all of this on your website as well. If I can get into my bank account with a username and password, I should be able to see my policy with you without entering my policy number. It really is a waste of time for my to call your call center when all I want to get is my policy number.

It only took one phone call, on a Saturday, to give pertinent information and choose the repair shop. I appreciated being able to choose one not too far from the ferry.

Claims service explained the steps and provided info for Collison Companies they recommend. Pemco was very helpful thru the whole process. Thanks Pemco for being there for us.

We backed into a post that was less than 2' high. Didn't see it. Pemco took care of everything. Provided a service provider and guarantees the repair for as long as we own the vehicle

Thank you for having a real, live person to answer the phone when I call with a question about my policy. In this day and age of automated phone systems and "listening to the options because the options have changed", I SO appreciate the human touch of actually speaking to a friendly operator right away!
